Dr. Jitesh Chosaliya is a distinguished homoeopathic physician, educator, and academic leader with over two decades of dedicated clinical and academic experience. Since 2002, he has been serving patients through Shreeji Homoeopathy & Cancer Research Center, Surat, where he has earned recognition for his evidence-based and patient-centered approach to homoeopathic practice.

As the Academic Leader of Predictive Homoeopathy in Gujarat, Dr. Chosaliya has played a significant role in advancing the principles of Predictive Homoeopathy through teaching, clinical training, and academic mentorship. He is a Founder Member of HAPPHY (Homoeopathic Association of Prafull Vijayakar's Predictive Homoeopathy), Gujarat, an organization committed to promoting scientific, predictive, and research-oriented homoeopathic practice.

Dr. Chosaliya also serves as the Vice President of the HMAI Surat Unit, actively contributing to the growth and professional development of the homoeopathic fraternity.

A passionate educator, he has delivered numerous lectures on Materia Medica, Clinical Case Studies, Case Analysis, Predictive Homoeopathy, and various advanced homoeopathic topics through HAPPHY Gujarat since 2015. As the Academic Leader of Predictive Homoeopathy for Gujarat State and a Founder Member of HAPPHY Gujarat – Homoeopathic Association of Prafull Vijayakar’s Predictive Homoeopathy, he plays a key role in promoting the principles and practice of Predictive Homoeopathy. He is also an active Member of HMAI, Surat Unit.
